Second floor is too hot?

No attic of my house, except for the left and right of the living part of the second floor (Not above). Can a heat pump or Extinguisher? I heard different opinions. I think there is insulation on the 2nd floor sufficiant F. And the space under the roof vents are easel, but I do not know whether it is sufficient, or do. Im ready to invest in something that works, but I'm not sure if an attic fan, exhaust fan, or heat pump, even going to work. Centeral air cooling I have a house, and it works very well for the first floor, but the second floor of an oven in summer, and often dosn't cold long after sunset during the night. Any ideas on this would be before moving And thanks to $ 2,000

If the ceiling of a room in second floor is tilted to the top without a flat surface, you probably will not get a break from the rafters of the roof space. And if they are only 2 "x 6" rafters or less, you can not get enough insulation to prevent this heat. You probably do not have a return air duct to the ground either. It appears that your room is at the center of the top surface of the roof, you may not have a window. I suggest you lie flat on the roof of this room on the floor and install a whole house fan the attic. I think it will be more successful in drawing cooler air from below, which also eject hot air into the roof and exterior. You can also install an attic gable fan power behind one or two holes at each end of attic gable. The ground is always going to be hotter than the air cooler first word always fall to the floor below, it is very hard to push the cold air in place and difficult to maintain. Wind Ridge venitlate but it's like having your oven 350 with the door closed, now break the door a little (which is like having ridge vents), what kind of heat is released – but the oven is hot.
